Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Lotus Flow Studio.
All class bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellation of classes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit for drop-in classes or a cancellation fee for members.
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you are in good physical condition and have consulted with a physician regarding any health concerns. You agree to follow all instructions provided by our instructors and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. Late entry may not be permitted. Mobile phones must be silenced and stored away during class. Respect the quiet and peaceful environment of the studio.
Lotus Flow Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Lockers are available for your convenience, but we recommend leaving valuables at home.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend regular classes. Participants under 18 require parental consent. Family classes have specific age requirements as indicated in the class description.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
All content on our website and in our studio, including logos, graphics, and class sequences, is the property of Lotus Flow Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotus Flow Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
